Configuration Options

Option	Description
mongoURI	MongoDB connection string
jwtSecret	Secret used for JWT
accessTokenExpiry	Access token expiry time
refreshTokenExpiry	Refresh token expiry
cookieSecure	Enable secure cookies

You can extend the user schema.
